Impact and Evaluation

At I-Mobile Health Mission, we define impact through the change we help create in people’s lives. Every program we deliver is grounded in evidence-based practices and guided by data that show how our work strengthens well-being and builds supportive, thriving communities.

The goal of our impact evaluation is simple: to understand whether our programs create the positive change they are designed to achieve. We aim to determine not only if participants benefit, but how and why change happens—so we can continuously improve and strengthen our approach.

We use a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods to capture both measurable outcomes and lived experiences. Quantitative data help us assess progress and identify patterns of change, while qualitative insights reveal how participants experience that change in real life. Together, these methods provide a complete picture of our programs’ effectiveness and the difference they make in the communities we serve.

Our Evaluation Principles

Learning and Accountability

Evaluation is built into every stage of our programs, ensuring that we learn from our work and remain accountable to participants and partners.

Inclusivity

We center the voices of those directly involved—students, families, educators, and community partners—so that findings reflect lived experience, not just data points.

Continuous Improvement

Evaluation results are used to refine program design, strengthen delivery, and adapt to evolving community needs.

Our Methods

Baseline and post-program assessments to measure change over time

Participant surveys and focus groups to understand engagement and satisfaction

Observation and feedback tools to assess implementation quality

Review of administrative or partner data (such as attendance, referrals, or performance records) when relevant

Long-term follow-up, when possible, to understand sustained outcomes

Our evaluations are designed to inform learning and improvement. We share key findings with partners and staff to guide program refinement and strengthen implementation. By reflecting on what works well and where adjustments are needed, we ensure our programs continue to evolve and respond effectively to community needs.
