Who We Are

I-Mobile Health is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing mental health for individuals, families, and communities. We recognize that trauma, inequity, and limited access to care have left many without the support they need. Our role is to walk alongside people offering tools, resources, and experiences that strengthen resilience, foster connection, and expand opportunities for healing and inclusion.

What We Do

We deliver trauma-informed and culturally responsive programs that promote emotional well-being, resilience, and healing. Our work spans:

Individuals – equipping people with knowledge and skills that support personal growth, self-awareness, and coping.

Families – creating spaces for stronger communication, healthier relationships, and shared resilience.

Communities & Agencies – partnering with schools, organizations, and neighborhoods to expand trauma-informed practices and create inclusive, supportive environments.

Programs range from structured learning to creative and experiential wellness opportunities, recognizing that healing takes many forms and that mental health is supported through diverse pathways.

Our Approach

We believe that healing begins with what people and communities already know and do well. Our programs are designed to amplify existing strengths, not replace them. We listen first, then share practices that can be adapted to personal experiences, family dynamics, cultural values, and community needs.

This collaborative approach ensures that education and wellness opportunities are not only trauma-informed and culturally responsive, but also inclusive of the many ways people engage with growth and healing. By centering safety, dignity, and belonging, we create spaces where well-being feels authentic and lasting.

Our Vision

We envision a future where every individual, family, and community has equitable access to mental health education, action and opportunities for wellness. In this future, stigma no longer silences conversations, trauma no longer dictates outcomes, and all people are supported in pursuing resilience and connection in ways that feel meaningful to them.

By working in partnership with individuals and communities, we hope to contribute to a broader movementone where healing and inclusion take many forms, and well-being is a shared foundation for thriving together.
