Rev. Vernon Williams Jr
Board President

Vernon Williams Jr born and raised in Syracuse Ny, Vernon is an Ordained Reverend as he serves as an Associate Pastor at the Bellegrove MBC. Vernon is a former County Legislator for the 16th District in Onondaga County. Vernon serves as the President of Directors for the Jubilee Homes. Vernon is a General Manager at Ulta Beauty. Vernon enjoys spending time with family and his extended church family.

Jesús M. Rolón
Vice President

Jesús M. Rolón is a dedicated community leader with over 20 years of experience serving and empowering others. He currently works as the Service Coordinator for the Onondaga County Reentry Task Force, where he supports individuals as they transition back into the community. In addition, he serves as the Director of the Puerto Rican Festival of Syracuse and hosts the popular radio program Sabor Latino, both of which celebrate culture, unity, and community engagement.

Jesús holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education and a Master’s degree in Latin American Literature and Linguistics from Syracuse University. Throughout his career, he has been part of numerous initiatives focused on education, cultural awareness, and community support. His passion lies in uplifting others, building connections, and creating opportunities that strengthen and inspire the community.


Francine L. Daloia
Treasurer

Fran Daloia is an experienced risk management professional and community advocate with over 15 years of expertise in enterprise governance, data analytics, and strategic leadership. As Business Analytics Manager at KeyBank, she develops governance frameworks and risk reporting tools that help guide organizational decision-making and strengthen enterprise resilience.

Beyond her corporate work, Fran serves as Co-Founder and Executive Director of the Finger Lakes Incubator & Commercial Kitchen (FLICK), a nonprofit based in Cayuga County that empowers food entrepreneurs and expands equitable access to nutritious food through youth and community culinary programs. Under her leadership, FLICK partners with local organizations to deliver hands-on cooking and nutrition education, fostering creativity, confidence, and connection through food across Central New York. She also serves on the Board of The REV Theatre Company, where she contributes to the Finance, Audit, and Strategic Planning Committees.

Azariah Yemma
Secretary

Azariah "A-Z" Yemma empowers underserved communities through ventures spanning real estate, wellness, consulting, and entertainment. He is the founder and owner of Yemma Estates LLC, 11:11 Wellness, I Am Entertainment, and A to Z Consulting, where he champions property ownership, organizational development, and community-centered growth. An original member of the Good Life Youth Foundation, Azariah helped reduce recidivism and expand opportunities among high-risk youth, and his forthcoming nonprofit, Elevat8, addresses literacy disparities while mentoring future leaders.


Raymond Rogers
Board Member

Ray Rogers is an IT professional with over 10 years of experience supporting healthcare systems and public health initiatives. He previously provided IT services for the New York State Department of Health and now works with a private cloud managed service provider supporting hospitals across the country. Ray brings a deep understanding of technology infrastructure in health environments and a strong commitment to advancing equitable access to care. He is passionate about I-Mobile Health Mission’s work to bridge mental health, technology, and community engagement, and is dedicated to helping the organization expand its impact through innovation and collaboration.
