I-Mobile Health is a nonprofit organization advancing mental health education in underserved communities and in communities where mental health has often been stigmatized. We believe communities know best how to support their people. Our role is to walk alongside them—offering trauma-informed education and resources that they can adapt and make their own.
Who We Are
We deliver culturally responsive, trauma-informed programs that provide practical skills in emotional regulation, coping, and resilience. Our work reaches families, schools, agencies, and organizations—helping them strengthen what already exists in their communities and supporting them in the changes they are leading.
What We Do
We recognize that communities are already creating change around mental health. People are ready to grow, heal, and support one another. We provide a helping hand—sharing knowledge and practices that communities can shape to fit their culture, values, and needs. This collaborative approach fosters safe spaces where healing takes root in ways that feel authentic and lasting.
Our Approach
We envision a future where every community has equitable access to mental health education and services, and where stigma no longer prevents people from seeking support. By working in partnership with communities, we hope to contribute to a broader movement: one where healing, resilience, and connection are community-driven and community-owned.
